Local Leader HQ is an operations tool used to manage campaign finance workflows, supporter data, content planning, and social publishing for local civic and campaign teams.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features used, Local Leader HQ may collect or process:

• Account identity information, such as name and email address.
• Campaign finance records entered or imported into the application.
• Social account information needed to connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or Reddit accounts.
• Access tokens or refresh tokens needed to publish authorized content to connected social platforms.
• Drafts, captions, images, publishing status, and related content metadata.
• Technical information such as request identifiers, timestamps, and error logs used to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and maintain the application, including to:

• Authenticate authorized users.
• Prepare, review, and manage campaign operations data.
• Connect authorized social accounts and publish content selected by an authorized user.
• Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• Comply with legal, platform, and security obligations.

Social Platform Data

When a user connects a Meta or Reddit account, Local Leader HQ requests only the permissions needed to list authorized destinations and publish content chosen by the user. The application does not sell social account data and does not use connected accounts to post without user direction.

Storage and Security

Access tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted or stored as platform secrets where supported. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the application, with connected platforms when users authorize publishing actions, or when required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. To request deletion of account or connected-platform data, contact us at hello@jonathanforpflugerville.com.
