Terms of Service

These terms apply to Local Leader HQ, an operations tool for campaign and civic work. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized use

Use Local Leader HQ only if you are authorized to access the workspace and the accounts or information you connect. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for the information and materials you provide, your authority to use them, and reviewing content before requesting an external action. You must follow applicable law and the terms and policies of any connected platform.

Connected platforms and publishing

Connecting a social account requires authorization through that platform. Local Leader HQ uses the permissions granted to perform the features you request. You remain responsible for selecting destinations and reviewing content before it is published. Platform features, availability, and requirements may change and are controlled by the platform.

You can revoke Local Leader HQ's access through the connected platform. Revoking access may prevent related features from working. To request removal of information held by Local Leader HQ, use the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service or its security, or access data or accounts without authorization.

Service changes and availability

We may update or discontinue service features as needed to operate and maintain the application. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, including when a connected platform or service provider is unavailable.

Content and third-party services

You retain responsibility for content you submit and publish. The service may rely on third-party platforms and providers, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Local Leader HQ does not control their services or decisions.
